Payment and Cup System at Our Festival
Paying at the Festival
At our infield, only cashless payments are accepted! This applies to our beverage counters, food stalls, and shops. (Tickets can also be purchased with cash at the entrance.)
You pay with the familiar cashless payment methods you know from your everyday life:
Please note that you need to bring cash for the bulky waste deposit (€50) because the deposit system only accepts cash!
In case of emergencies, we offer an alternative payment option at the day guest counter, which you can purchase with cash and use at our bars. (Excludes the food court)
Our Cup System
When redeeming your ticket, you will receive a cup chip from us at the entrance free of charge.
You can exchange the cup chip at our drinks counter for a cup. So, your first Love Explosion cup is free, and you can take it home as a souvenir.
You can exchange an empty cup again for a cup chip or exchange it for a new cup when purchasing a drink. If you have no cup or cup chip left, you can buy a new cup for €2 at the drinks counter with your next order. So, take good care of your cup or chip.
Cups and cup chips cannot be exchanged for cash.
